Growing up on her family's dairy farm, Kate experienced first-hand the highs and lows of running a small business - from long hours to cash flow challenges and everything in between. That early insight shaped her passion for helping business owners create sustainable, well-managed financial systems.
With 20 years of industry experience in bookkeeping, accounts, and office administration, Kate has worked with a diverse range of clients - from large accounting and law firms to small and medium businesses across hospitality, accommodation, retail, health care, dental, wholesale, manufacturing, e-commerce, property management, trades and construction, not-for-profits, and more.
A Registered BAS Agent (89531003) and Xero Gold Certified Advisor, Kate leads her team with professionalism, integrity, and warmth. She believes that great bookkeeping isn't just about numbers - it's about supporting people and their businesses.
Based in Ashmore on the Gold Coast, Kate Keeps Books supports clients across Australia.
Outside of work, Kate is a proud mum of two, loves camping, her dog, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
